Open Letter to My Chocolate Chip Cookies
Dear Cookies,
You don't look as pretty as the ones in the picture on the recipe. Kinda dry and flaky. This saddens me.
You also taste kinda funny.
Was it because I used baking powder instead of baking soda? Because zee interwebbs assured me that this would be okay.
But I guess eet vas wrong.
Love,
Me

ReplyDeleteyou can use banking powder as a sub for baking soda, but not in the same dosage, or it does taste really really funny :)
